Joelle tried her first solid food on July 24, 2010. We bought some baby rice cereal and gave it a go. She tried a little bit and seemed somewhat ok with it, but grew increasingly uninterested.

Then Joelle became an angry eater. She grabbed the spoon from me and was a big grouch.

Then I realized why she was so angry. What does this face say to you?

Yes, Joelle was deffinately trying to pass something in her diaper. I guess I'd be angry too if I was busy trying to do my business while sitting in a high chair and someone tried to shovel some foriegn material in my mouth at the same time.

At least when she was done, she enjoyed licking and chewing the bowl.
I love the angry face.
